Paris - Hier et Aujourd'hui (Paris - Yesterday and Today) featuring Hélène Attia & Ensemble
Hosted by M. Terrance Gelenter

French singer/songwriter/guitarist, Hélène Attia takes us on a musical journey of French music through time, from the classic songs of Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, Yves Montand, Charles Aznavour and Charles Trenet to the contemporary songs of such current popular French artists as, Maurane, Claude Nougaro, Francis Cabrel, Liane Foly, and Michel Fugain. Helene will also perform a few of her original French compositions from her latest CD release, "The Eyes of Love." She will be accompanied by David Baioni (accordion & keyboards), Ross Gualco, (keyboards), and Jack Gates, on guitar.

Highly acclaimed in the San Francisco Bay Area, she is well known for promoting French culture in concert throughout the U.S., including several national tours for the Alliance Française. She has also performed in France, where she presented an original French song for the European song Festival, L'Eurovision.
