U.S. Premiere of 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

Come join HPLA and other fans of the Harry Potter films at the World Wide Premiere of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix"!Harry returns for his fifth year of study at Hogwarts only to discover that much of the wizarding community has been led to believe that the story of the teenager's recent encounter with the evil Lord Voldemort is a lie, putting Harry's integrity in question. Worse, the Minister for Magic, Cornelius Fudge, has appointed a new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, the duplicitous Professor Dolores Umbridge. But Professor Umbridge's"Ministry-approved" course of defensive magic leaves the young wizards woefully unprepared to defend themselves against the Dark forces threatening them, so at the prompting of his friends Hermione and Ron, Harry is convinced to take matters into his own hands. Meeting secretly with a small group of students who name themselves "Dumbledore's Army," Harry teaches them how to defend themselves against the Dark Arts, preparing the courageous young wizards for the extraordinary battle that lies ahead.
Warner Bros. Pictures presents a Heyday Films production, "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix." The film stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Warwick Davis, Ralph Fiennes, Michael Gambon, Brendan Gleeson, Richard Griffiths, Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, Alan Rickman, Fiona Shaw, Maggie Smith, Imelda Staunton, David Thewlis, Emma Thompson, and Julie Walters. The film is directed by David Yates from a screenplay by Michael Goldenberg, based on the novel by J.K. Rowling. David Heyman and David Barron serve as producers, with Lionel Wigram executive producing.

As far as I know, you can't get tickets to Hollywood premieres like this unless you win a contest or are invited by someone from the cast or crew. I will be there but just hanging out with the fans outside to catch a glimpse of the stars walk the red carpet. I'm camping out all day and I'll be back the next day for the fand, foot, and want print ceremony=)

You can get in, but only if you know someone who works with WB Studios -- they don't sell movie premiere tickets... usually never. The only time I ever saw that happening was for POTC3 movie premiere @ Disneyland and it was to benefit the Make A Wish Foundation -- the tickets were $1,500 a pop.

You can find the answers on seeingstars.com but they'll say the exact thing... you can only get tickets if you were invited from a cast or crew member. As well as working for WB, part off the press, winning a contest, or if there are tickets sold for charity like for the POTC3 premiere (obviously, there is none for the HP5 premiere). As much as I would love to watch the movie with the stars and such, it is pretty impossible. However, what better to see the stars during the daytime outside anyway!? I'll be one of those crazy fans camping out to see them walk the red carpet!! I can't wait!!

^ What spots_luna said. We find these answers through that site or from frequent attempts in attending various movie premieres -- which is what I've done in the past. I've only been successful as a red-carpet spectator, not as an attendee (yet). But I'd like to add, sometimes the press just get red carpet access -- if they're lucky the celebs stop to talk to them. Usually they don't even get passes to SEE the movie inside. It's a lot more difficult to get in premiere here compared to NYC as Hollywood/L.A. is the "movie capital of the world". =/

awww. well, yeah, it's true that you can't buy tickets unless you're invited by the cast/crew or something like that. but, i live here in LA so i'll be going to be a spectator. too bad i can't go to the cement ceremony because summer school starts that day. am i seriously gonna have to camp out just to be a red carpet spectator? i thought about just driving there at around five in the morning or so.

Yes, most likely that early in the morning will get you a good spot but as crazy as me and my friend is, we're trying to see if we should go the night before.
