Did you know that skipping meals can make you gain weight? that eating whole foods and good quality fats can help shed unwanted pounds and maintain your ideal weight? Topics include: (a) learning how and when you eat can affect your weight, (b) food sensitivities and weight gain, (c) good fats/bad fats, and (d) deconstructing cravings. Get lighter! Workshop begins with centering and breathwork, and includes interactive lecture, group discussion, positive visualizations and deep relaxation. Tea will be served.
