Hailed as the "...best SXSW Interactive party to date" in 2008 by the Austin Chronicle, Plutopia is an extravaganza of music, technology, and art of Austintatious proportions. Plutopia 2009 will take place on March 16th from 6PM until Midnight at the Palmer Events Center.

An evolution from the past SXSWi EFF-Austin Official After Party, Plutopia is now a grand celebration. Way beyond the usual SXSW mixer, Plutopia is an ever-evolving multimedia experiment. This year’s event has grown to fill the 25,000 square feet of the Palmer Events center with a stellar array of local, national, and international artists - including 5 bands on 3 stages.
