The Vision 5K UK is a fantastic series of unique blindfold challenges taking place across the country for people of all ages and abilities.

We encourage everyone to wear a blindfold, team up with a friend or family member, who acts as a sighted guide and challenge your senses! We guarantee you will see the world in a completely new way! All runners are invited to raise vital funds for deaf blind people whilst also experiencing the challenges faced by the people they will be directly supporting.
