Oumou Sangare returns to Chicago with her new album Seya (Joy) which reaffirms her position as one of Africa's great female vocalists and an African phenomenon.  Since rocketing to superstardom in 1989, Sangare has retained her place as one of West Africa’s most admired and outspoken artists.
