The Latino Cultural Center presents Luna Negra Dance Theater, directed by Eduardo Vilaro, performs contemporary works by Latino choreographers. Their distinctive style artfully blends ballet and contemporary dance movements strongly flavored by Latin and Afro-Caribbean dance forms. Luna Negra Dance Theater is the only professional dance company in the U.S. solely devoted to providing contemporary Latino dance artists with a vehicle to tell their own stories and carry the culture of their communities.
