Artist Reception: Premier Showing of “Going To The Dogs” - Sunday, July 5, 2 – 6pm. Kathy Deggendorfer and Tonye Belinda Phillips have done it again. Join us for the premier showing of five new collaborative works by regionally acclaimed Oregon watercolorist, Kathy Deggendorfer and regionally acclaimed quilter and author, Tonye Belinda Phillips.
