Fourth of July Parade, presented by the 2008 World Champion Chicago Bandits and sponsered by the City of Elgin and the Downtown Neighborhood Association of Elgin.

This year's theme is focused on the community - "Bringing Back the Neighborhood." The Parade steps off at Slade and Douglas Avenues and ends in the heart of downtown at Highland and Douglas. Make plans to stay in the neighborhood following the parade for family-friendly fun at venues throughout downtown.
