GeekUp Sheffield takes place on the first Wednesday of every month. It's a grass-roots knowledge sharing and networking social for folks involved or interested in all forms of technology and creative media.

This month is the first anniversary of GeekUp in Sheffield. Come and help us celebrate. Bring some cake to join in with the fun and games.

Saul Cozens will be bringing Pub2.0 to GeekUp and hosting an open conversation about the recently published Digital Britain report.

We'll also be building the programme for the next year at GeekUp Sheffield and getting the ball rolling for BashMash (21 May) and BarCamp Sheffield 3 (19-21 June). So if you'd like to find out more or volunteer, be sure to come along.

What is GeekUp?
GeekUp is a community of tech-minded folk from the North of England. Our socials take place once a month in Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Preston and Sheffield and are always a lively place to share ideas and spread a little knowledge.
