Building an Effective PMO

Edmonds, Washington, 4/9/2009 – On Thursday, April 23rd at 7:30 AM MySource Talent (MST)will hold the first of three free roundtable discussions dedicated to utilizing, implementing, and re-engineering Project Management Offices (PMO). The first event will be held at The Village in Bellevue, WA. A light breakfast and thank you gift will be provided to all attendees, but space is limited; so, those interested are encouraged to sign up before April 16th.
The PMO discussion series is geared towards CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, COOs and other executives of organizations that do not currently have a PMO in place or are concerned about the effectiveness of an existing PMO. Only the date for the first event has been determined, the other discussions will be held as follows:

As with all MST roundtable discussions, the hope is that all attendees walk away with value and insight that only seasoned veterans can provide. These are not lectures! Instead, we facilitate open discussions on subject matter that is relevant to businesses in the Northwest. Other discussion topics include PCI DSS compliance, leveraging data for business intelligence, and streamlining workflow to gain efficiency.
