In celebration of annual Pilates Day®, Boynton Beach Pilates will be holding an Open House on Saturday, May 2, 2009 from 10 a.m.-noon at 100 NE 6th Street #109 in the Marina Village across from the Banana Boat.

Open House festivities include a FREE Mat/Tower Class, FREE chair massages, market place with handmade swimsuits, purses, and jewelry, Asian Tea Sampling and a variety of Door Prizes. There will also be demonstrations of exercises that provide relief for comment ailments such as lower back pain, stiff/sore neck and various sports injuries.

Those who register for the Pilates Day (R) Open House through the website www.boyntonbeachpilates.com will receive a voucher for a FREE Mat/Tower class.

"The Open House is our way of saying thank you to the community that has been so supportive over the years and to share the story of Pilates with visitors in a fun and relaxed atmosphere," stated Beth Domino, Founder, Pilates Body of Boynton Beach.

Since 2001, Pilates Body has served the Boynton Beach and surrounding communities as a place to receive ‘True Pilates’ instruction. Instructors Beth Domino and Samantha Gazzola are both trained by Romana Kryzanowska. Romana is recognized as a world-renowned protégé of Joseph Pilates.
