The explosive daKAH Hip Hop Orchestra closes the season with its innovative blend of urban music with classical instrumentation. Led by composer and founder Geoff ?Double G? Gallegos, the daKAH Hip Hop Orchestra is a unique 75-piece ensemble featuring full string and brass sections, percussion, emcees, vocalists, turntablists, and more.

Joining the orchestra will be the winners of the annual Youth Speaks Poetry Slam, performing selections of original spoken word poetry.

Every year since 1938, the organization presents Stern Grove Festival, an admission-free, performing arts series, in a beautiful outdoor amphitheater in San Francisco.
