Sinfonia New York is a new period instrument ensemble conducted by John Scott, music director at St. Thomas' Church. The orchestra was organized by two highly respected, longtime masters of period instruments: cellist Christine Gummere and flutist Sandra Miller. Their mission is to create an ensemble that captures the energy and emotion of the best chamber music groups.
