7th Annual Hillcrest Bugbash

It’s time for the 7th Annual Hillcrest Bug Bash. We’ll have Bugs and BBQ and grill available for those whose wish to cook anything else. The 4th Annual Baggo Tournament will start around 3:00pm so bring your A-Game. Here are the specifics of this year’s get together.

When: Saturday, May 16th, 2009 - Noon til Dark

Where: 500 Block of North Tyler Street (Between Lee and Woodlawn)

What to Bring: Lawn Chairs, Any appetizers or grilling meats that you would like to eat (we’ll have a grill), instruments, outdoor games, beverages of your choice.

Who is Invited: Hillcrest Residents / Family / Friends

Kids: Bring em! We’ll have a few games and hot dogs for the little people. We will also try to have an play area set up for toddlers.

A note about dogs: If you bring your pup they must remain on the leash. We’ll have a large bowl of water available as well.

T-Shirts: You can pre-order t-shirts for this year’s party. The proceeds of the t-shirt sales help cover the cost of the party. You can buy them on the website: http://www.greatsouthernsummer.com/
