In this session, panelists will discuss how they have leveraged partnerships with service providers to drive revenue, profitability, and market share. Moderated by Ajit Maira of the IT Services Marketing Association (ITSMA), the panel will be comprised of alliance practitioners from local firms that have worked directly with service providers. Panelists will provide the audience insight into best practices, success stories, potential trouble spots, and evaluation methods.
