Innovative British born and New York based producer-DJ Mark Ronson brings to the BBC Electric Proms a performance consistent with his re-interpretive know-how.

Following the success of his second album 'Version', which found him re-working great songs with a diverse range of vocalists (and a healthy dose of horns), Ronson will be backed by the BBC Concert Orchestra with expanded and new arrangements.

Sean Lennon, Alex Greenwald, Daniel Merriweather, Santogold, Terry Hall of The Specials, Tim Burgess and Mark Collins of The Charlatans and Candie Payne will also join Mark as part of this special performance.

This gig is part of the BBC's Electric Proms festival which takes place across Camden on 24-28 October. Over 80 artists are performing and they've all been encouraged to create something unique for their shows.
