UK’s Editors have had a phenomenal 2007 so far. Returning to the fold with their second album ‘An End Has A Start’, the band scored their first UK number 1 album and their second ever top ten single with ‘Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors’.
Drawing on stark themes including death and the intensity of touring, ‘An End Has A Start’ is an ambitious extension of their intense yet melodic sound.
Having wowed crowds at the 2007 Glastonbury festival, the four-piece from Birmingham will play KOKO as part of the BBC Electric Proms, accompanied by a string quartet and performing tracks yet to be showcased live.
