Anthony Ferguson, boutique chocolatier and proprietor of Cacao Anasa Chocolates is opening his kitchen to a few invited guests to roll up their sleeves and walk through the creation of fine, high-end chocolates.
During the three hours, participants work at small group workstations set up for making rich ganache truffles, decadent chocolate cookies, spiced hot chocolate, tempering and bars, a coconut milk chocolate soup, and chocolate cocktails. Participants get to sample everything throughout the event, and whatever creations you don't devour are yours to take home, along with memories of an afternoon of delicious fun.
