BOOKSTOCK will truly be an event for all ages. It will feature performances, lectures, workshops and readings for children and adults from Friday evening through Saturday evening. On Saturday, there will be a large book sale: The World’s Greatest Book Sale by The North Universalist Chapel Society, frequented by tourists, locals and book dealers for over two decades, will join with the Norman Williams Public Library’s annual book sale to offer tens of thousands of volumes. Publishers and authors are reserving booth space around the book sale. As a further draw, most Bookstock events will be free of charge. We expect that several nationally recognized writers will participate, along with other authors familiar to Vermonters.
