“Perfectly Uncivilized” Flea Market and Street Fair
Returns to Downtown Cave Creek on June 6th

CAVE CREEK, Ariz., – Discover deals and near-steals at Cave Creek’s Thieves Market, an outdoor flea market and street fair that returns to downtown Cave Creek Saturday June 6th.

The popular event takes place along the town’s main thoroughfare from 6 am to noon on the first Saturday of each month with one-of-a-kind flea market sellers and town retailers coming together to offer the kind of “perfectly uncivilized” fun that is unique to Cave Creek.

“Savvy shoppers, compulsive collectors and weekend warriors can expect to find unique, old and handcrafted items that simply can’t be found in a traditional shopping venue,” said organizer Mickey Meulenbeek of Level 9 Gallery in Cave Creek.

“Thieves Market offers everything want and nothing you need,” she said. Psychic readers, kimono sellers, vintage Louis Vuitton luggage and collectible western and mid-century modern furnishings are just a few of the treasures expected along the sale route.

More than 2,000 bargain shoppers and treasure hunters are expected to stroll the town for antiques, retro, mid-century modern, vintage and one of a kind items.

Shoppers are encouraged to park at designated sites along the sale route, north of Carefree Highway and west of School House Road in Cave Creek, and stroll the town for the best overall experience. The flea market takes place behind Big Earl’s Greasy Eats, 6135 E. Cave Creek Road.
