Fitzy Snowman Sculpting to hold a Professional sand sculpting exhibition during the 1st Annual Mashpee Sand Sculpting Festival July 10 - 12, 2009
Mashpee, MA- Master Sculptor Sean Fitzpatrick will be traveling Mashpee Commons this summer to create a whimsical 12 ton sand sculpture sponsored by Vineyard Vines and Mashpee Commons. This unique three day event will transform part of Mashpee Commons into a tropical beach oasis with tons of family fun for all. 30 tons of special sand will be trucked in from Hudson, NH for the event which will also include a family and amateur sand sculpting competition and special sand sculpture clinics held by master sculptor Sean Fitzpatrick of Fitzy Snowman Sculpting. This inaugural festival will be the first of it's kind ever to be held on Cape Cod and promises to be a great contribution to the cultural and economic future of Mashpee and surrounding communities for many years to come.
