Ballerina NaTalia Johnson will be the special guest performer at the Little Miss Capital City Pageant.
The Principal dancer is the nationl spokesperson of the Girls Self-Esteem Program. Other New York City dancers will join the ballet all-star for a rare one night performance in Sacramento.
