Isabel Mulcahy's Zumba for kids combines Latin music with dance movements to create a festive atmosphere where kids can have fun dancing while exercising, all at the same time. Kids learn the basic steps to salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton and more, but our emphasis is on having fun, as supposed to learning technique. Zumba for kids is and easy and effective exercise dance program with appropiate songs for children. Kids love to move, so Zumba is perfect for them, but course parents can also join in the fun!
