Join Monty this summer for an intense workout experience. This is a traveling boot camp, in which we will visit multiple outdoor locations throughout the summer. Each boot camp will be two hours long and consist of a warm-up, challenging workout, and cool-down.

No gym membership required.

Single sessions available. You don't need to attend the entire summer.

This boot camp also gives you the luxury of enjoying the lakes on the weekend as it only takes place twice a month and in the morning. Plenty of time to enjoy the sun and your new fit body!

Monthly Rate (Current Clients) - $70
Monthly Rate (non-client) - $80
