In a healthy family there is a clear separation between adults and children.
During this workshop we take a look at the sexual and emotional atmosphere we grew up in.
Were you taken care of?
Were you taken care of too much?

Sings of enmeshment can look and feel like invasion from a parent who is way too into your activities, abilities and achievements.
Or were you needs often ignores or neglected?

Topics addressed:

* The adult cost of being a chosen child
* Signs of enmeshment.
* The Healthy Family.
* Incest patterns and sexuality.
* Birth order and roles in groups and society.

One of the purposes of this workshop is to heal the past and have a healthy relationship with yourself and others. This is an experiential and educational weekend.

Two Rebirthing/Breathwork sessions will be included.
