Celebrate Banned Books Week with a Special Screening of The Hollywood Librarian

The Hollywood Librarian is a documentary that profiles the work of librarians across the U.S., including Jamie LaRue, Director of Douglas County Libraries. The film also features interviews with author Ray Bradbury and filmmaker Martin Scorsese. Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for seniors and children (6-12), children under 6 are free. Ticket sales start September 24. Proceeds from the screening will be split between the distribution company, production company and the library.
