Saturday Morning Session 10am-12pm: instruction in the use of pressure points in martial arts, from grappling and striking to street self defense. Saturday afternoon session (1pm-3pm): pressure points for use in healing through massage and self-treatment. Bring your chronic health issues and questions.

Sunday Session (1pm-3pm): Chi development seminar covering techniques for cultivating Nei Dan (Internal) and Wai Dan (External) Chi for explosive Martial Power! Intended for experienced martial artists and those wishing to learn about channeling their body's energy.

Shihan trained in Japan under Master Osoto, a great Chi Gung healer and Martial Artist. He has received rank or a degree in Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Arnis, Kung Fu, Mixed Martial Arts, Chin Na, Chi Gung, Massage, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
