Come party on the Fourth of July in Hawaii Kai at the second annual Independence Day at Maunalua Bay.

This community event celebrating freedom, family and friends takes place in Maunalua Bay Beach Park from 2 to 9 p.m. with a spectacular fireworks show at 8 p.m. from a barge offshore. The afternoon includes continuous entertainment with Maunalua as headliners, food, free keiki ID and face painting plus other activities. Ramsay Wharton of KGMB-TV’s morning Sunrise show will be emcee.
