It's at least 10 degrees cooler on the water, and Manhattan by Sail president Tom Berton thinks that's very cool. So, when the temperature hits 90 degrees (or higher), residents of New York City are invited to be Tom's guest on the Clipper City for $10. Tickets must be purchased at the Clipper City at the time of sail and are available on a first come, first served basis. A valid New York City ID is required. This price is valid on all Clipper City 90-minute cruises departing South Street Seaport, Pier 17.
