This program emphasizes self defense techniques for women. The techniques taught are very simple, effective and are based on striking vulnerable target areas.
Self defense is more than just knowing how to fight back against a physical attack.
Participation in self defense classes encourages you to think in terms of options and choices, develops your awareness and assertiveness skills and provides practice for physical self defense techniques.

Our self defense program is available for cooperations, businesses, clubs and individuals. Let us know if you would like to organize a self-defense course for your group or if you'd like to take a class yourself.
