Women: nourish your body and soul with this walking/running program from the Johnson County Park and Recreation District. Take part in 40 minutes of self-paced walking or running, 10 minutes of stretching and range-of-motion exercises, concluding with a 10-minute reflection circle with short inspirational and motivating readings. It all takes place on the Gary L. Haller Trail. Begins at the Barker Road access point. This is a 12-session program running Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:30 am.
