Pull up a blanket and chill out to Summer Stage: Jazz in Bloom. Each concert features two all-star groups in back-to-back performances with a half hour intermission between. July 26 features Cory Weeds Quartet and the Afro-Cuban sounds of Zapato Negro with MC Margaret Gallagher of CBC Radio One. Bring a picnic along with a blanket or low lawn chair to sit on. Seating on a first come basis. Seating is not provided. Rain or shine, dress for the weather. No cancellations or refunds. Please be aware that the ground of the Great Lawn is uneven and may be difficult to navigate for the walking impaired or wheelchairs.
