Creating Revenue-Generating Workshops
Presented by Guest Speaker Deborah Plumley of The Plumley Group

Learn how to develop a successful workshop that will enable you to obtain referrals, generate qualified leads, and get follow-on business.

Consultants and Professionals (lawyers, accountants, etc.) -- boost your revenues and your marketing impact by creating a professional workshop focused on an area of your expertise!

A "workshop" is a short event (from 2 hours to 1 day), which uses hands-on activities and interaction to provide learning/skills to participants, which they can then apply in the workplace, or to change participants' behavior.
And even more important, a workshop has lasting value for you and your consulting business -- by positioning you as a thought leader and generating new business.

Upon completion of this interactive, participatory session, you will have:
**A strategy for maximizing the business generation potential of your workshop.
**A framework for a professional, results-oriented interactive workshop (you will begin developing the structure and the content for a workshop or revise an existing workshop).
**Understanding of effective facilitation skills.

In addition, you will learn:
**How to transform a boring, passive PowerPoint-loaded seminar or presentation into a results-oriented interactive event.
**Various presentation and activity types.
**Differences between presentation and facilitation techniques.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Consultants (at any level of maturity in their business) who are contemplating the development of a workshop or who are creating or have created a workshop. Professionals (such as lawyers, accountants, etc.) who want to use a seminar to generate sales.

$99-$140 depending on membership status and registration date.
