Within every story, there is another story. Piven Theatre and Chicago Improv Festival Productions present 'Storybox,' created and developed by Jonathan Pitts and directed by Nick Johne. 'Storybox' is a wonderfully imaginative, fully improvised theatre production inspired by Second City Co-Founder Paul Sills' Tony award winning show "Story Theater" and Japan's Noh Theatre to create a single story from multiple ensemble narrative and storytelling techniques. Sometimes dramatic, sometimes comedic, most times a vibrant mixture of both, 'Storybox' brings the audience a compelling and powerful production of unscripted theatre.
