The Friends of the Fireworks 3rd Annual Seaside Lagoon Independence Day Celebration is the result of a partnership between the City of Redondo Beach and Pete Moffett Productions, Inc.

All participants at the Friends of the Fireworks 3rd Annual Seaside Lagoon Independence Day Celebration will be sponsors and enjoy the unique, highly enjoyable benefits of the event. In addition to corporate sponsors local non-profits and individuals will be encouraged to sponsor a picnic table in the lagoon or Seats on the Sand if they prefer to bring their own beach chairs and blankets.

Proceeds from the Friends of the Fireworks 3rd Annual Seaside Lagoon Independence Day Celebration will help pay for the fireworks show enjoyed throughout the City and South Bay.

Reserve your parking and seating to enjoy the thrilling effects of a custom designed fireworks show synchronized to uplifting patriotic music and launched from a barge only 100 yards away.

The Fireworks
The fireworks show will feature stirring patriotic music, with a wide variety of fireworks perfectly matched and timed to the music - a true pyromusical production. Through the pyrotechnic mastery of Fireworks America, this year's show will firmly establish the Redondo Beach 4th of July show as one of the premiere fireworks displays in Southern California.

Kick back as your kids have a blast with a series of activities from 2:00 to 7:30. Swimming in the warm water lagoon with lifeguards, paddleboard lesson, races and demonstrations, Mad Science workshops and shows, Jim Gamble Puppets, July 4th Arts and Crafts, Kids Parade around lagoon, and an awesome 72 foot long obstacle course and 16 foot slide sponsored and staffed by Beach Cities Health District AdventurePlex.
