Sadie’s Nightclub was established in 2008 for mostly Bi & gay women, swingers, goth-industrial types, indie rock kids, hipsters, drag kings / queens & general ALL open-minded individuals of Louisiana who are looking to enjoy a truly diverse nightclub experience. We provide in house security & dress code so that patrons can enjoy themselves without being bothered by the typical frat boy/ meathead / thug types. Sadie’s has very friendly personnel, highly reasonable drink specials every night. Disk jockey/ local bands 7 nights a week. We ask that our patrons make request to the resident djs Judd, Jules & Tina. We also feature local underground artist on our downstairs walls, so if your or someone you know does art - holla at us.
If the mix of people & music downstairs doesn’t suit you the upstairs lounge has a more eccentric environment to experience. Upstairs features many theme nights such as: motown/nothern soul djs, house music, Techno & breatbeat djs, Dub-step djs, Drum n bass djs, Metal- Indie- grunde & southern rock djs, Swing nights, Hip hop djs & mc's, Poetry readings, & sometimes TRIBAL Belly Dancers. The upstairs lounge is also available for private partys, Message us for details.......
Sadie’s nightclub is located in historic downtown Lafayette la. @ 425 Jefferson st. We do exercise a dress code.
