"An Evening of Comedy" is a theatrical event for the whole family! The Theatre Guild of Burleson County proudly presents two one-act melodramas, "The Great Western Melodrama" and "Egad, What a Cad, or Virtue Triumphs Over Villainy."

Audience participation is a must. You will sing, sigh for the heroine, cheer for the hero, and boo, hiss, and throw popcorn at the villain! Olios, which include audience sing-alongs, vocal performances, short acts, and knock-knock and black-out jokes are intermingled in between the plays. You may even be invited onstage to help sing!

Actors and performers include: Brenda and Jimmie Boedeker, LaVelda and Doug Box, Ginger Braly, Doug Bryant, Marcy Bundick, Kayla Christie, Judy Clifford, Chandler Corbett, Greg Gammon, Sara Greig, Rachel Jackson, Karen Johnson, Terry McBride, Tasha Prescott, and Barker and Donna Stigler.

Popcorn, drinks, and concessions will be available in the foyer. There will be a 15 minute intermission between plays.

Doors open at 6:30 pm.
