Learn: Stuart will be showing us some of his fantastic footage, telling us tales about his exciting adventures in 7in7on7, the Ocean Row event, filming in Kashmir, Palestine, Antartica and Uganda, and taking your questions on how to combine the things in your life that you love the most.

Who is this event for? Anyone who is passionate about learning about what people are capable of achieving with persistence, enthusiasm and self-belief (hopefully that is everyone who is reading this!), but more specifically film makers, professionals and enthusiasts, journalists, sports enthusiasts and professionals, anyone interesting in running, sailing, rowing, extreme sports, and of course, people who love meeting like-minded people and having cool conversations!

How can I participate? As always, we like you guys to use these events to showcase your talents, so if you make a request to "Show my Stuff", you will be in for a chance to show some of your own adventure film footage, (a 5-10 minute short), your photographs, or talk about your adventure on the stage in a 5 minute slot. The first 5 entries will win free tickets to the event, and a selection of entries will be shown on the night, and judged, with the winner receiving more goodies on the night.
