The Village Smokehouse and Wachusett Brewing Company will satisfy summer hunger in Lowell with the ultimate summer meal of BBQ and Beer at the first ever Beer Dinner on July 20, 2009 at 7pm. This satisfying evening of food and beer will feature a fabulous Village Smokehouse BBQ buffet featuring appetizers, dinner, and dessert accompanied with numerous ale selections from Wachusett Brewery. The July 20 event will feature various beer choices from Wachusett Brewing Company over the course of the award-winning BBQ buffet dinner. Some of the evening’s featured beers will include; Wachusett Summer Ale- an American wheat ale with a hint of lemon, Nut Brown Ale- a smooth dark brown ale with a rich Belgian specialty malt finish, and Wachusett Country Ale- the balanced pale ale and original brew of Wachusett Brewery.
