Led by wellness guru Michael Hoare, this workshop is for anyone who has lost trust somewhere along their journey in life. Hoare says there can be many reasons why trust is lost, but what is most important is recognizing how it can limit people from experiencing life’s joys and wonders. At this workshop, participants will learn how their loss of trust is limiting them and find ways to see life from a different perspective. Hoare will also introduce attendees to the idea of Ah-Man/Ah-Woman, and share the secret of being human.
