Learn Cambodian cooking by a published professional
(latest book: "A Taste of Cambodian Cuisine"

who taught at the Arlington Adult Education Center
for eight years, and has invited students to learn
the techniques in her two-hour classes
at her Annandale home, since 2005.

Her hands-on style guides each of the 4-6 students
as they select and prepare one of the items
from that evening's menu,
consisting of an appetizer and two main entrees.
The students then enjoy a full dinner
in an informal, friendly, and relaxed setting.

The classes are held on the third Thursday
of each month from 7-9pm.
The cost is $55 per person
paid by check in advance.
If an upcoming class is full,
prospective students will have the option
to take the next month's class or get a refund.
