Keokuk, IA , Rollin on the River Blues Festival on Friday, August 14th, and Saturday August 15th at Victory Park, located along the Mississippi River, just below the Keokuk-Hamilton Bridge.

Friday night's line up: William Elliot Whitmore; The Avey Brothers, and Scott Holt.

Saturday night's line up: Beaker Brothers; The Blues Explosion; Motor City Josh; Bernard Allison.

There will be free entertainment in the tent on Saturday afternoon.
