Icon Painting class

July 7th, 1-4pm or 6-9pm

This is an introductory class on the ancient art of Icon writting. Students will choose and write, (paint), an Icon. An overview of materials, history and church cannons will be discussed in class. Icons are created in and used in Prayer. The experience of creating an Icon can and should be a deeply spiritual one.
