It’s not much of a holiday party when there’s only you and the two other members of your team huddled over cappuccinos at your local coffee shop. So in the spirit of “by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs”, we decided that SVASE should hold a party where 200 or more entrepreneurs could get together to network, feel the holiday spirit, and have some serious FUN!

The result of this is the SVASE Holiday Party, which is THE holiday networking extravaganza for cash strapped startups and entrepreneurs, and is the perfect antidote to the lonely holiday blues. We’re providing finger food and the first drink for free, and we’ve even arranged it for a Friday evening so you won’t feel too bad about staying in bed a bit longer in the morning, should you end up partying till dawn.

When we were planning this we realized we would have to raise some sponsorship to help cover the cost, if we weren’t to end up charging a high entry fee. We weren’t sure how our sponsors would react to our asking of “cough, err, excuse me, would you give us some sponsorship money so we can put on a Holiday Party for cash strapped entrepreneurs?” but we have been bowled over by their generosity, and willingness to participate.
