Them: Considering Celebs, Considering Ourselves

Thursday, January 10, 2008 7:00 PM

Complimentary with Gallery admission Join The Washington Post's Hank Stuever on a guided, contemplative discussion of Annie Leibovitz's celebrity portraits. What does she see in them? What do they see in her? What do we see, seeing them the way she does? Hank Stuever is a staff writer for The Washington Post, covering a broad array of popular culture, people, and places for the Style Section. For three years, he also wrote the "Question Celebrity" column for The Washington Post Magazine, which critically examined the ethical pitfalls of modern fame.
