We are the UK's first African cookery school specialising in group and private courses.
Launching in September 2009, so far we have held:
West African Vegetarian Cookery - 12th September 2009
Traditional Nigerian Cookery part 1 - 17th October 2009

Cassava leaf with steamed rice
Pepper soup
Egusi soup and Pounded Yam

All our courses include: all ingredients to be used on the day, food cooked on the day(enough for dinner for two), Akhaya spice blends to take home and Akhaya recipes cards.
There is also be the opportunity to buy ingredients to recreate your dishes at home.
