"The Spiedie Fest & Balloon Rally is a community festival in Binghamton, New York which features a packed weekend of food, fun, music & entertainment. Everything from concerts & celebrity appearances to the Spiedie Cooking Contest and hot air balloon flights speckle this packed weekend.
