Waitankung is a 4,000-year-old series of Chinese exercises that involves movements that improve circulation and can be practiced by people of all ages and abilities. As a result of practicing the exercises, muscles are strengthened and joints and tendons become more flexible; the system will carry more nutrients and oxygen to the body and remove waste products more efficiently, and this will improve overall health.
