EWME 2008 is the 7 th workshop on microelectronics education in Europe. The previous ones were held in Grenoble (1996), Noordwijkerhout (1998), Aix-en-Provence (2000), Barcelona (2002), Lausanne (2004), and Stockholm (2006). EWME2008 will be held in Budapest 28-30 May 2008 in the Hotel Gellert. The workshop will be organized by the Department of Electron Devices of the Budapest University of Technology.
